Covid 19 Information

  • I am doing everything I can to ensure the safety of my guests during their stay.
  • You (or you and your bubble) will be my only guests throughout your stay and I will be the only person looking after you, so it is a very personal service.
  • I am not able to accept any guests who currently reside in Tier 3 areas.
  • Special Covid 19 cleaning measures are in place.
  • Hand sanitisors are available and a new covid pack with face masks, gloves, hand wipes and sanitisor is supplied for all new guests' in their room on arrival.
  • I am not currently servicing rooms mid-stay, which helps to minimise contact and ensure guests' space is their own and undisturbed throughout their stay.  If fresh towels, toiletries, etc. are required, just ask during breakfast.  However, I shall, of course, be happy to service your room  in the usual way if you wish; please just ask.
  • Breakfast will be served to you at your table as usual.
  • Contact-less payment is available.
  • I will call guests just before their stay for a quick health check.

Flexible Cancellation

I want to re-assure you that bookings for a stay during these unusual and difficult times can be made risk free. If you wish to escape for a short (or long) visit to relax, re-charge your batteries and indulge you can make a booking for a stay any time up to the end of April and cancel if you need to without charge up to 48 hours before the day you are due to arrive.  This last minute cancellation policy may be extended depending on the covid situation.
