Covid 19 Information

  • I am doing everything I can to ensure the safety of my guests during their stay.
  •  I will be the only person looking after you, so it is a very personal service.
  • Special Covid 19 cleaning measures are in place.
  • Hand sanitisors are available and a new covid pack with face masks, gloves, hand wipes and sanitisor is supplied for all new guests in their room on arrival.
  • Unless you wish me to do so, I am not currently servicing rooms mid-stay, which helps to minimise contact and ensure guests' space is their own and undisturbed throughout their stay.  If fresh towels, toiletries, etc. are required, just ask me during breakfast.  I shall, of course, be happy to service your room  in the usual way if you wish; please don't hesitate to let me know.
  • Breakfast will be served to you at your table as usual.
  • Contact-less payment is available.
  • I will call guests just before their stay for a quick health check.

Flexible Cancellation Policy due to Covid 19

I want to re-assure you that bookings for a stay during these unusual and difficult times can be made risk free. If you wish to escape for a short (or long) visit to relax, re-charge your batteries and indulge you can make a booking for a stay any time when lockdown is over and cancel if you need to without charge up to 48 hours before the day you are due to arrive.  This last minute cancellation policy will be reviewed from time to time to keep abreast of the changing covid situation.
